Low-income families often struggle to provide for their children and pay their bills. They may also have a difficult time finding affordable health care, housing and childcare, which often results in poor health, education and living conditions.
The vast majority of low-income parents are working but still struggling to make ends meet. Low-income working families have much in common with other American families as they seek to balance work and family life, yet face much greater risk and vulnerability than their higher-income counterparts.
Maroon Development, Inc. works together with national, state, and local agencies to assist families, the elderly, and those with special needs residing on our properties as well as other individuals in our local communities for causes we feel are most beneficial.
